I had an xl shirt and size 12 khaki pants (no before pics, sorry!) and decided to resize the shirt and make the pants into a skirt.  I never plan projects out which tends to bite me in the but when all is said and done but not this time, wohoooooo!  The skirt turned out great; I had to completely take the pants apart since I'm about 3 sizes smaller than it was but that made things easier for me.  Anywase enough blabbering, this is my first post so pats on the back would be great  Wink   .  Cruddy pic but no one was around and we have a surprising lack of flat surfaces to put camera's on at my house.........

It looks great Grin  I am bad about doing a project I am proud of (I have that fly by the seats of my pants mentality when it comes to crafts) and never have a before pic to show.   Roll Eyes

You don't have to get it right the first time, just the last time.
