Well, since I posted my Camisa from this issue, I figured I should post this too (I posted in the KAL board but not here)

I haven't gotten around to taking a non-crappy pic of it, but here's what I have.

Without the clashing pajamas and morning hair.

I used KnitPicks WOTA in Avocado (cheap!) and I LOVE this cardi.  And it was fun to knit; the pattern was super easy to follow. I'm going to be wearing this thing all winter long! I am planning to attach some toggles or something to make a closure, but for now I love it just the way it is :-)

I love it!  I'm planning on making one if I ever finish all my wips.  I think it would look cute with toggles.  Great job!

Woah, you're a fast knitter! I've got Knitscene but haven't even started anything from it yet! Those two are my chosen patterns, though - cool that we've made the same choices. I'm going to check out the Knitpicks yarn for that - thanks for the tip. Your hoodie looks great. Off to check out your Camisa!

That's beautiful, I adore the colour.

That sweater looks fantastic.  How do you like the WOTA?  I am planning to make this sweater with that yarn, but was worried about the feel/texture of this yarn?  Is it very scratchy?

My avacado WOTA came in the mail yesterday!  I'm working on Rusted Root by Zephyr Style right now (it's short sleeved so I want to get it done first), but then I'm definitely starting!   Grin

That colour is really gorgeous. I'm lusting after something in green but just can't find the right shade at the right gauge for what I want. This has definitely inspired me to keep looking though. I'm still too chicken to attempt a big cabled cardi though.

Toggles would definitely finish it off perfectly, though I quite like it without a closure as well.
