thank you oh so much! I love it so much, even without batting it's nice and cozy and warm and while the pictures are pretty good, it looks totally different in person!

Very nice. I love your fabric choices! It must have taken years to get all of that fabric

thanks!!

Actually, I boosted my stash by scouring ebay for scraps. I spent about 20 bucks and got tons of fabric. Quite a bit of that fabric I had around, but I bought some to give me my overall "theme" of the dark colors I wanted.

STUN-NING!  I love it!  I've been inspired to try my hand at crazy quilting lately...I may start off with something small first, though :]

Did it take you long to make?

try it try it!! This one took me about a month and I was seriously cranking on it, I also devised a couple of time saving techniques, plus my daughter was being an angel and watched Rock & Roll High School about 100 times while I was working on it, and my boyfriend was quite pleasant about the apartment being trashed for a month Wink

Maybe start with a pillowcase or something... you could do 6 blocks and a cool border and do 'er up.

I absolutely love your fabrics! Shocked I am just finishing my first crazy quilt top out of liberty of london scraps- so I applaud your fab job.

I have been a quilter for several years and am so excited to find others who don't make insipid state fair quilts...YIPEEEE!
