Hee, my mother saw mine and won't shut up about it. "How hard was it to make? How much did it cost? How long did it take?" "Mom, I'm not making you one." "Hmph."

(I learned the hard way not to knit for my mother. One scarf and the loss of my sanity later... never again.)

My mom loved mine...so I made one for her! I was so worried that it wouldn't fit right but it fit beautifully!

I'm with you on this one.  My mother would SO not appreciate it at all.   I shudder to think of the unkind comments she could come up with.

60 rows in and it's actually fitting! Very exciting. I haven't had a lot of time to work on it, but it's inching along.

I love this thread.  I am 10 rows into mine right now.  I subbed red Oasis (SWTC's soysilk worsted) for the Cotton Fleece because I wanted to knit something in soysilk.  I'm wondering whether that will lessen the sleeve poufs due to the drape, but we shall see!

Here's my finished RR out of Cashmere Canapa.  I made a small with medium-ish sleeves.
