Ok so I bought this lucky 13 wife beater like 5 years ago wore it to the river ONCE and it seemed to have shrunk making it a short belly beater, I've had a child so knowing that style wouldn't be too appetizing on me I hung onto the beater for some weird reason....well I tired to sell it on ebay to no avail! In the middle of the auction I got an idea to make a purse outta it. Well after joining this site, I've gotten much inspiration and finally cut up the beater and came up with this, I didn't use a pattern, the only thing I used was a toot on here for putting in a zipper pocket I included the link to that toot B-low....here it is for your viewing pleasure, Let me know what you think! Thanks for looking!

BEFORE.....

And here she is....I freakin love this purse and was gonna sell it, but I think I am gonna just keep it! haha

And here is the inside of the purse...I put a zipper pouch inside the lining using the toot from Sew Pixie which could be found at http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=11808.0 This toot is super easy if you have trouble with zippers, I don't I actually love putting zippers on stuff!

Have a SUPER day! Feedback would be great!

That is a VERY cool bag.  You should get some other cheap ribbed tanks with graphics on them and make some more and sell them.  People would definitely buy something like that!  Smiley

I am an apologist for the spiders.

Just treat me no differently than you would the Tarantula Queen.

Thanks! Up until I joined this site, I was pretty black and white with my color scemes on my purses....seeing other purses on here has opened my eyes to mixing up the fabric. I love the way this one came out! I have more in the works...different shapes as well! Thanks all for the comments!
