Hi! I'm in Washington, DC, USA.  Here's what I wish for:

1. Asian tote bag
2. handknit socks
3. Big beads

Like: Asian, African, Indian, exotic-y stuff. Paris and Pittsbugh. Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Serenity. (I'd have Joss Weadon's baby, even though I'm over 40.) Colors: rust, brown, navy, teal, orange, yellow and red. I have red hair, green eyes, and an attitude.

Dislike: Disney, small furry animals, Hello Kitty and company, goth, black, royal blue, pink, purple, and pastels. (I like the people who like that stuff, but not the stuff.)

I collect yarn, fabric, and dust. I'm an addicted artsy-fartsy crafty-type. I want to send my stash stuff to good homes -- and if I get some cool stuff in return, that's groovy but NBD.

My stash of supplies is now Beyond Life Expectancy. I love personal swaps! http://www.wists.com/redmennis

yeah, sure, as soon as I start getting into them, they no longer exist. typical.

Oh well, I'm sure it's a good decision. They were just such a fun and inspiring idea in the first place. Thanks for letting us know.

I know.... just when I felt like I was about to get the hang of the unconditional swap... sadness.   Where is that wish swap...?  Hmmm... I'm on my way over there me thinks :-)
