HALP! Do you know what this means? hdc2tog over next 2 hdc I have no idea how to do that. Does it mean you do 2 hdc in the 3rd stitch or the 2nd stitch? Huh I'm making a dress for my daughter and I'm stuck about what i'm suppose to do with the shoulder straps.

halfdouble together over next two stitches means:
Yarn over, insert your hook into the next stitch, yarn over and pull through.
Yarn over again, insert hook into the next stitch, yarn over, pull through, yarn over again and pull through all the loops in the hook.
Or that's how I understand it... It's a sort of decrease for halfdouble crochet.
