I made some slippers for this summer as a birthday present--and when I brought them to the snb last night everyone suggested they had an elf-ish feel to them, so I've named them Elfin Slippers.

I think it's the way the cuff is split in the front and comes down with a straight line to a point makes it elfish... although the first thing that came to my mind was Robin Hood.
