I feel so spoiled! This is the yarn I received from Chipper. Sooo lovely and beautiful. And enough of the vineyard colorway to knit up a shrug or capelet of some sort.

Thanks Chipper this is utterly gorgeous!

Chuck Norris does not knit. He bangs the table, and the shockwaves force the yarn to create clothing.

I got my package from Frew-Frew and it is WONDERFUL!

Here is some green and white (164yds) and some pink and white (10yds).

It is Corriedale from a local shop

Here is some red Colonial Top.  76yds of Boucle and 132yds of singles

It is so fabulous!  I can't wait to think of the perfect project!  But, as I told Frew, it's first job is to "sit pretty" in my basket of honor (otherwise known as the basket I throw all my handspun in)

Thank you very much, Frew!

The pink/ brown is corriedale (120 yards) and the orchid/ chocolate is 144 yards of Brown Sheep - dyed with blueberries gathered by Frew-Frew's children!  How adorable is that?  Now I have to figure out what to do with these loverlies...  I hope you like my skeins, Frew-Frew Cheesy

Got some beautiful yarns from Faithin today!  I totally owe her some more yarn... she cranked out more yardage than I did and I feel bad about it. :\  Hopefully I can remedy that by the weekend.  Here's what she sent:

Please ignore the tiny Siamese kitten feet... hehe

purlgurl and i were so well paired. i received mine today (after the post office tracking said it was "missent" - they somehow sent it to the wrong place first, even though my address was correct and fully legible on the label) and i'm SO HAPPY!

left: merino w/coils and slubs, 44 yards
center: corriedale 2 ply, 100 yards
right: corespun mohair, 40 yards

i am so in love with the one in the middle. if i didn't have the rest of a sock to finish tonight i would totally cast on right now. i don't know what i'd make, but whatever it is would be incredible! thanks, purlgurl! Cheesy

whoa those are amazing! Good job purlgurl. I aspire to be able to spin stuff that awesome.

Just for fun here's a pic of the scarf I started with my yarn from magnoliacoffee. I just had to start something, because the yarn is so pretty. I now have to set it aside to work on swap projects, but as soon as those are done I'll get back to this.

I have to ask, do all of you guys have wheels or did anyone spin their yarn on a spindle? I just started on a spindle and it seems like it would take forever to spin that much! But if you do this again I'd be willing to try!

I received from fyberduck yesterday. Talk about jaw dropping gorgeous!

On the right is 100 yards of handpainted baby alpaca.

On the left is 38 yards of kid mohair locks with a merino/alpaca/silk binder.

I am leaving my husband and marrying this yarn. Is that legal??  THank you so much!!!!!!
