It took me about ..hmmm maybe 3 hours in total. It's not hard. I cut it in the morning one day and worked on it on and off and finished by 2 pm, maybe.

I used about a yard (maybe 1.5 yards max.), cause to make the skirt you only have to fold once the fabric, it wont use up as much as a circle skirt.

The fabric i used was a bit straechy, That helps everything fit well.
The sleeves i did as regular, i think i posted how i cut them. Just sew them to the top part, close them and when sewing the sleeve band, you can gather the sleeve while sewing to create the puffiness or you can sew with a wide stitch about half and inch from where you're going to sew the band and leave the thread long so you can pull it to create the gather. Then sew the band folded in half.

I hope this makes any sense.
If it still doesnt help much, let me know and i'll see what i can do to post pictures.
