wow, so cool! So did you do a direct swap, block for block, or did these come as part of other swaps??? I love the idea of this.
So the only thing you have to do with this sew them together?Huh?

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

Some of them I got in the wishlist swap, others were donated, others were from the 'pick your block' swap.

Yep, just sew them preg_replace('/(.{19})/', '$1 ', 'together...well..then') i have to make the back and actually do the quilting...but then I'm done

nice. i've been thinking about a crafty fund raiser for the local women's center in town. i can't possible make an entire quilt myself but i could certainly organize a quilt square collection and put it all together. might be fun and they sure could use the money!

good luck finishing yours!!

oh, you're great! i was thinking of putting the call out to the girls in my town but a wide spread quilt square fund raiser would be terrific! i'll start it in about two or three weeks. a few things have to get wrapped up first and i'd like to come up with a theme and make a square myself to get things started, then i'll start a thread for sure. thanks!

Mine is on it's way...from Texas to Canada!

And I couldn't believe how cheap it was to mail...I've just never mailed anything "across the border" and I just thought it would cost about $5-7.  But, it was less than a dollar!  I kept asking the guy, "Are you sure that's all?  For all the way to CANADA???"  rofl!
