Is FIMO clay okay for making plugs for stretching my ears ?

i seen it on craftgrl on livejournal, but i wanted to know if it was safe?

how about fimo with a finish ?

there's a thread about this very subject on this forum - just do a search. I wouldn't use any finish on the plugs, just sand smooth and buff with a muslin wheel.

Yes, please do a quick search to see if your question has been answered.

Although in theory it would be okay, I think a better thing to do would be to get some metal tunnel-type plugs and putting the clay inside before you bake it.  That way you'd be certain that it is okay.

i did search and i did read that thread but i was wondering about the finish because i heard if you use finish it works.
