well, let us know if you need to purge, and share the bounty!

Maybe we need a "binge and purge" swap.

the problem with that i think would be that you would send X amount of stuff and recieve X in return  so wouldnt it be like just not having gotten rid of anything. unless that was the point.

hello beautiful world!

You go girls!!  Clean those craft rooms!! Smiley  I'm here (and there and everywhere) cheering you on!

Flying_babyb, I can't wait to see those pics!
Animergirlie, your crackberry looks awesome! Your boy did a great job on it. and "YAY" for his stuff moving! Wink

And update on my room,
I spent the last two weeks crafting up a storm for two of my swaps, and the room stayed mostly clean *pats self on back*  It only got real messy when I was working, and I manged to be be disciplined enough to put everything away before I went to bed every night. Well, except that one night that I got really mad and frustrated and stormed out of the room and didn't go back in until the next day, but that's another story.
I'm actually quite proud of myself. I can't believe I've gotten in the habit of putting everything away. That's a HUG deal for me.  But I have to admit it's GREAT knowing where everything is. I don't have to spend 30 minutes looking for all my supplies when I want to work on something. Smiley

I don't have any before pics of my craft room, but DF helped me to tidy it up by helping me put in some shelves.  They are only on one side of the loft so far, so I guess a before shot would be something like this but without the hanging rail and with most of the stuff in the alcoves all over the floor  Embarrassed:

Now, I totally love my craft room because I have places to put things away:

I realise it's still a bit untidy, but it IS organised, I swear! Cheesy  Also, I love the view through the rafters in the last shot and just thought I'd share.

wow! I love that view through the rafters.

and it's not messy - it's organised chaos.

I don't have any pictures of it yet, but today, I cleaned off the bureau that's going to be my computer desk, as well as the shelves on top of it! (Not sure what those'll be for yet - maybe my stuffie collection.)

A small victory, but a victory nonetheless!

I've been making small progresses here and there (10 bags of stuff Freecycled, 6 cardboard boxes emptied, 3 garbage bags tossed).

Then, last night, I had to move everything out of half my room so the cable guy can put in an outlet.  In true carrot-and-stick fashion, though, the Other Human has informed me that I don't get a cable converter box until I finish my room.

I knew I shouldn't have shown him my To Do List for that room!  Wink
