So I'm relatively new to polymer clay and I decided to practice by making some canes. Here are my orange cane neckace and bracelet.

And after seeing all the cute fruit you guys make, I thought it would be a good idea to have every kind of fruit out there as earrings. I started with strawberries and sort of stopped there...

Thanks everyone!
I think I'm hooked on making canes now. Altough it took forever to cut those into somewhat even slices. And not squishing them or ruining the shape.

Ooo, so summery too! ... the ultra-heat spell we've been having makes them look even juicier and cooler  Grin

There are ways to avoid that, or at least make it a lot better... check this page for ideas:

(...click on Cutting Canes...)

(and if you want many other canes to make, check out this page for lessons and ideas:

Your username + this jewerly is making hungry/thirsty, I really want some fruit now! The orange necklace is so sweet, that would look so cool with a cottony orange dress or something.
