are there any?
i have a friend that knits/crochets and i sew.

we're both in interior design so we usually don't have any time to craft which is sad.
but we love it when we find the tiniest bit of time to do so.
who's with me??

school sucks.
we should just go to school to be a "professional 'craftster' crafter".. that'd be sweet.

Hello there from a recent (as in this past dec.) KSU alumne! glad to see there are more craftsters over there on campus. if anything, check out the kids in verder hall, known for their artistic debauchery, especially living arts week, usually in april

I am a fashion design major at Kent right now. Trust me, once you jump into the pond of fashion design, kiss your crafting time goodbye. It's well worth it if you really love design, but it takes over your life.

By the way, the sewing machines on the first floor are SCARY FAST!!! You'll get used to it, but at first, you'll probably get the feeling that they want to eat your fingers or something. Lucky me, I managed to nab the slowest one in that room. If you walk in the door, you'll see the first table with four machines. The one on the left side (not by the window!) is a nice, cooperative machine.

GOOD LUCK!

I was wondering if anyone knew of a knitting or crafting club at Kent? I'm looking for something to get involved in, but I haven't seen any signs for this kind of club!

ask iSearchToBeLost/ Sarah about that. Last year I hear she had a pretty kicking one going on in Olson.

Hi! I'm not a student and I'm not in Kent (I'm right next door in stow)

After the holidays are over I will be looking into starting a LOCAL indie crafter group for summit and portage counties!

I'm asking crafty folks to leave suggestions and ideas on my blog:

THANKS!!!!

I work at KSU (Kent)! Does that count? I would love to get together with other crafters! Especially crocheters! I taught myself & I know I still have a lot to figure out & learn!
