Well, this is my first shoe attempt. The colors could stand to be a bit deeper...might do that later. These were my daughter's pink shoes that were written all over.

i used masking tape to cover the "v" areas. then colored the surrpunding areas. on the canvas after finishing that, i removed the tape and colored in the "V"si used regualr fabric markers. i did two layers of ink. i think it could use one more. for the front black part and the bottom i used a black sharpie since the fabric marker rubbed right off. they are far from perfect but my dd loves them because no one else has a pair like them! Smiley
