we have previously used store-bought dinner rolls (with sesame seeds, they were hard to find) to make the burgers and once we had our local Whole Foods bakery make the buns from ciabatta dough. . .both times they ended up about four times the size of this one. . .about two bites' worth of burger.

I want to eat that teeny burger!  I KNOW it tasted good since I have had your miniature burgers that were 4x's the size of this little guy.  You two totally rocked this one!  Grin

I thought about that, too!  Then I realized you if you made my favorite veggie burger--the black bean burger--that small, then you'd probably have to use one black bean!  Not terribly satisfying....
