I received from boo... and I love it!!

She sent the PERfect knitted tote in the most gorgeous light teal/aquamarine colour.  The lining is little blue fishies swimming on a white background.  And, the best part, she appliqued on the cutest felt turtle I have ever seen!  It is truly gorgeous, Ana, thank you so much - I can't wait to take it to work tomorrow to show it off!!

She also sent three teeny tiny pottery turtle buttons that I adore, and a thimble with a teen tiny turtle on top.

Boo, thank you so much, it is all beautiful.
Thanks knottydottie for being a wicked organiser!!

I forgot to add that I have a, rather crappy, digi camera now, so I will try and get it working over the next few days and post pics, but Boo, if you took any before you sent please post!

Hurray! Glad you get it!

I was taking pictures this morning of your package and turned the computer.. and then I saw the message. Perfect. I'll post both pictures.

I'm sorry about the quality, I'm saving up for a new camera...

Ok, first, the AWESOME package I got:

The cutest knitted octopi squidish ever seen. I'm also a knitter and I never had someone knitting something for me.

I tell you, it's great! She even made up the pattern by her self!

And do you see that litthe green octopi by the left?
It's a small box decorated with fimo, so I can put all my knitting notions and goodies inside! I'm using it already!
And the small octopi is.. knitting.. ehehehe

I only have pictures of the tote bag I sent esmerelada, but it was the only thing I crafted:

I'm glad you liked it! It was very fun to make.
Aww... what a great swap. Let's make another one? ehehe

Awww, thanks you guys!  Grin

I sort of made it up as I went along, but the basic shape was based on some octopi that Jaami made for the Sea Swap and that boo put in her wists.  The idea for the tin also came from her wists and was inspired by one made by Synne for OTT Round 4!  So, not the most original crafts, but definitely made with affection!
