Right now I teach philosophy, psychology and a course in ethics at what I guess would be senior high school in the U.S.? kids about 16-18 years old. I love this job (I just got it). The courses I teach this year are really great, discussing important issues with teenagers.

ok! here are the pics of what I recieved from the lovely Icebyrd67!!

A mum, this is like a traditional thing.. for football haha I can't remember exactly how she explained it but I'm going to hang it on my wall!

This is a small unofficial angel package she sent me for the lyrical swap, a gorgeous hand bound journal, a wooden box ( it goes with the song ' A box of Sharp Objects') and a pick on a ribbon, and she said she got the pick at an MCR show which makes it AWESOME.

This is the paper she used inside the journal, so pretty!!

The back to school stuff! Half of our swap was stuffie the other was back to school. She sent decorated folders, notebooks, a binder, and an awesome pencil roll which was full of cute pencils and pens!

An adorable little box that she painted the top of I'm pretty sure, it was filled with more school supplies!!

3 of the stuffies, a rag doll, a Halloween'd coloured kitty and a manta ray!!

The bread!! I had this in my wists! Her little hair bow is actually jam and butter!

The cheese and cherry cake/pie slices!! We each made each other cheeses hahah! These are my favorite I think, there really really big actually and squishy  Tongue

These next pictures Jules took, I have pictures of them but for some reason didn't get them off the camera with the rest of the pics  Undecided gah.

My nestlace!!! I love it, she did a great job making it!!

Nest-ring!! I've been wearing it non-stop, it fits perfectly!

This is a close up of the shrinky dink robot charms she put on a necklace, I love them, too cute!

And a shrinky dink skulley girl keychain, which I already have on my bag!!

She also sent me some really cute stickers, a couple bath fizzies and a felted soap that I didn't get a picture of.  And a TON of cute little glass marble magnets!

Jules, you are awesome, thank you soo much! I can't wait until the next round of our swap!!  Grin Grin

its a homecoming mum...that first thing with the ribbons...

in Texas (seeing as it seems to be only a texas tradition), for the homecoming football game in high school, the girls make one, buy one, get one from their boyfriends, etc and run about school wearing them....

the one i made Bailey is really simple because there arent very many things out for sell yet for homecoming as school just started...

here's a link to some more mums...on the second page, tehre's a proper mum i made my sister...
