And I love that you used sugar n'cream.  That's one of my favorite yarns, and I'm always looking for good projects to use up some of my leftovers.

I like these but I don't wear many bracelets, still I'm tempted to make them because I'm in a knitting funk and I need something to finish that will sort of help me feel some accomplishment and well...they very cute.  I have lots of sugar 'n cream yarn too..I mean a LOT.

Here's the direct link to the pattern on Knitwit's blog:
http://keeponknittinginthefreeworld.blogspot.com/2006/07/band-cuffs-free-pattern.html.
As she wrote upthread, there's also a link on the front page of her blog to "Band Cuffs" (under "Free Patterns").

And here's the original Ballband Dishcloth from Mason-Dixon Knitting:
http://www.canadianliving.com/canadianLiving/client/en/Crafts/DetailNews.asp?idNews=236610&idSM=307.

Ballband Cuff by Knitwit
(inspired by Mason-Dixon Knitting)

worsted-weight dishcloth cotton (Peaches & Crme, Sugar 'n Cream, Lion Cotton, etc.), approximately 10 yds. ea. of 2 colors
US #8 double-pointed needles

Pattern notes:
Cuff is worked inside-out.
MC = edges & slip stitches; CC = the reverse-stockinette bands (You can even work each band in a different color.) Do not cut the yarn when changing colors. Carry the unused color up the outside of your work (which will be the inside of the cuff).
Slip all stitches purlwise with yarn in front.
For a cuff with only one band, after round 9 jump to round 16.
For a cuff with three bands, after round 13 work rounds 8-9 & 4-7. Then jump to round 14.

With MC, CO 30 sts. Distribute among 3 DPNs. PM & join in round.
Round 1: knit
Rounds 2-3: purl

Switch to CC
Round 4: p2, sl1, *p5, sl1* rep to last 3 sts, p3
Rounds 5-7: k2, sl1, *k5, sl1* rep to last 3 sts, k3

Switch to MC
Rounds 8-9: purl

Switch to CC
Round 10: *p5, sl1*
Rounds 11-13: *k5, sl1*

Switch to MC
Rounds 14-15: purl
Round 16: knit
BO. Weave in ends.
