So by NO means is this my idea...There are TONS of different tie skirts and jean tie skirts
I like to thank all those who inspired my skirt....It was my first one so I used a pair of jeans too big for me, so I'll be selling this one. I hope I can find as cool of ties for my next one! Thanks fellow craftsters the front

and the back

I would like to see it on somebody to see how it hangs! The idea is very cute - and so is the skirt  Wink

That's adorable! I like that you used the top portion of a pair of jeans.

I like it alot.  It reminds me of the southwestern knit tie skirt in the fall Interweave Knits that just came out.  It would be fun to try in different colors.  Orange, brown etc.  Great Idea!

Thank you guys so much it was fun making it. This is what it looks like on...but I have to wear a belt to hold it up...looks nice with a belt I think. Its so heavy because of the polyester ties, it kinda slides right  down your hips.

Wow that so cool that yu used the waist-portion of a pair of jeans. So lucky to find such cool ties, too. Awesome!

Look at me, I'm on TV, it makes up for the shortcomings of being poor. Now I'm in a million pieces picked up for deliberation by the people listening at home, by the people watching on the telly...
