I've been working on this scarf since April. The yarn is really soft and pretty but it was difficult to work with, so I had to start over twice in mid scarf (it's not like I'm that slow of a knitter) Anyways, it's finally ready in time for the chilly August days in South Florida! Actually, my school is freezing so I might wear it during class.

thanks for the lovely comments.

Miss Mermaid Strikes Back- I'm not exactly sure what yarn I used. A while back, our local Target got converted to a SuperTarget and I found it in their new dollar section. It's "fuzzy yarn"- says it all, right? But I'm sure you can find a similar yarn at a nearby store.

Woow that scarf looks real nice and fuzzy. When I tried to knit my first scarf with that kinda fuzzy yarn I had a very hard time seeing the stitches.Couldnt quite control the slippery yarn so I got frustrated and made a crocheted scarf instead! lol i think I'll give the fuzzy yarn one more try- cause it sure does look totally awesome! Well Done!!! Cool

Aww, thanks! And Yeah, I know exactly what you mean about the yarn, but I think it was worth it in the end. I recommend if you do try again to also use a different type of yarn, you know like a similiar color but just a normal kinda texture so you can see the stiches. Good luck!
