Being a big fan of the initial craze awhile back (purses, shirts, pins, etc. with first initials on them), I'd love to have craftier versions of all of these things - these could be first initials or monograms....

Anyone else interested?  There is a lot of potential here.

okay - i need some help with the size and amount the send-out should be... one large, one medium (or two smalls)?  two smalls, one medium?  what do you think?

and what are your thoughts on when sign-ups should end and the send-out date should be?
