I was wondering if someone could help me convert this into a cross-stitch pattern.  My boyfriend has just had a major knee sugury, and he has to go back next week for radiation treatments; unfortunatly I am not able to be there to help him through this.

So if someone could please help me by making this into a pattern, I don't care what size; it would be muchly appreciated.

i've never done this myself, but it sounds like what you're looking for.

i hope your boyfriend's radiation goes well--here's wishing both of you all the best.
