Positive?

How do you know when to give the person a positive. I mean like, if they've sent and received, just sent but will receive...?

I try to wait until both partners have received before I do feedback, but if they want it right away so they can join something else - as long as they have sent, their partner received and things are happy - I'll do feedback then.

With the new swap limits, I am trying to give everyone a positive as soon as their partner receives their package. Technically, at that point they have fulfilled their swap obligations. BUT, if they do not thank their partner and post in the gallery (preferably with photos), I will go back later and add that into the comment section of their feedback.
