This is supposed to be a little octopus, but I'm afraid it may look more like a spider. Nonetheless, I'm proud that I actually completed it. I have to say that I love the instant gratification of these tiny objects, and I'm sure I'll be creating more. I think I just need some finer yarn. This stuff was so chunky it was hard for me to really control the shape. Maybe I'll try to make a spider next, and wind up with something that looks like an octopus.

So now that I'm hooked, does anyone have any recommendations of where to go from here? Good links or books I should check out?
