I can fill in as organizer, teraspawn. No problem!

Her dirty paws and furry coat,
She ran down the forest slope.
The forest of talking trees,
They used to sing about the birds and the bees.
The bees had declared a war,
The sky wasn't big enough for them all.

I'd love to do this swap if it has a due-date close to mid-Sept - August is going to be fairly hectic for me.

I like Jeeves, but my favorite PG Wodehouse books are the Blandings books - those crack me up everytime.

I have a lot of African tie-dye fabric (100% cotton) that I need to clear out - contact me if interested, and we can swap for stuff?

And that's very unusual for me...

I really wish I could do this swap, but I'm about to begin my fall swap hiatus (two weeks of vacation, followed by the fall semester of graduate school while working full-time).

I agree with reethi--the Blandings Castle series is probably even funnier than the Jeeves and Bertie stories, and I say that as a genuine Jeeves and Wooster fanatic.

My all-time favorite Wodehouse, though, are the Mr. Mulliner books.  They are the basis for most of the Wodehouse Playhouse sketches; the WP DVDs are available through Netflix or at your better-supplied public libraries.  You could probably also buy them somewhere, but like I said, I'm in grad school.

Damn, I didn't see this before I assigned partners.  Still want to join in?  Because I'm sure we can shuffle something about Smiley

If I can - I forgot to send you my info last night... I'll send you my info now, but if you've already assigned partners, and its too much bother, don't worry about it.

Well, as co-organizer of this very quiet swap (what are you all up to, you rummy old eggs?) I thought I'd remind you all that sendout is coming right up on the 16th, and if you need more time, please let teraspawn or me know, okay? Thanks everyone!
