yay! i'm so glad! i'm glad that everyone can appreciate the deligtfulness i received from cinderly (that's right be jealous, lol...i was gonna wist it all, and then realized it was already mine! woot!), and also very glad that udhillb doesn't hate me. ha. i swear. i am the stupidest person ever when it comes to crafting. ooh! i should make her this! later: oh, wait...i don't know how... (and then i try anyway, gah). let me just point out that making any kind of jacket/coat from scratch is the absolute worst idea ever. lol. don't do it. i was goona make one for myself in slyth-y colors, but now i think i'll just buy a black hoodie and alter it. ::dancing:: i love swaps. swaps, swaps, swaps.

What a bunch of amazing stuff!  I want a Slytherin track jacket of my very own!  Everything looks fantastic.  Suddenly I have an urge to be a Gryffindor after all. Grin

The Rowena Ravenclaw doll is actually a Knitted Babe (from Claire Garland's book) customized to Harry Potter fabulousness.   Smiley  The dress and cape I just kind of freehanded.

Really?  I saw that book and it didn't really catch my attention.  I may have to give it a second look though.  Thanks!!  Cheesy

Actually, I've just gotten them up finally - and here they are!!!

My AMAZING loot from imwiththeband - fleece blanket that my (Gryffindor!) son tried to steal, handmade journal, Wizard rock CD which has a permanent place in my CD player, pillows, and a sweet bad guy purse (except for Snape, of course - he's good!)!

The absolutely sweet purse (by the way, if it looks full, that's because it is - I've been using it since I got it!)

Closeup of the pillows, which I love:

The inside of the journal that she made, I am totally in awe, I've never made a book and imagine it to be really difficult (which is why I've never made one):

Sadly, my camera refused to take pics of the outside, no detail would show up.  So if you'd like to post pics of it, and also the super comfy blanket, which is in all of the shots but I forgot to take a seperate pic, because I'm dumb, please do.  Smiley

Thanks so much, imwiththeband!  I love everything!!!  And thank you, kristen81, for organizing!

My second package to you, imwiththeband, will be going out on Wednesday.  It has your big item, as well as something else...  Yeah...  lol

Now, in all honesty, I am TOTALLY proud of my nerd-dom... however, all of these FANTASTIC slytherin goods are making me have some serious house envy!  I wonder if I am capable of culturing my dark side enough for such cool items...

Oh My God!
I received from Babsy a few minutes ago...  Shocked
This stuff was SO worth the wait!
I can't post pictures right away, but I got, in the order I pulled them out of the box:
-A very cute card with a Hedwig-looking owl on it
-A lovely box with little yellow gems on it
-A Harry Potter deck of cards, with the Hufflepuff crest on the back
-An adorable lightswitch with a badger and the word Hufflepuff <3
-An INCREDIBLY soft yellow-and-black blanket with part of the sorting hat's song embroidered on it!

THANK YOU BABSY!
