I was inspired by the many other makers of these pretty holders and decided to have a go myself. This was one of those projects that was pretty much on the back burner but after my computer mouse died and another one was bought - it came in a box that just asked to be made into a tampon holder!
Here's the front:-

Here I used old magazines to make a collage base, and then found an image on the internet of these cute looking skull and crossbones (at this point the printer ran out of black ink - so i had to use felt tip to colour it in!)
The side panels:-

Again i did a magazine collage for the background and then the black and white images are from a perfume advert featuring Rachel Weiss.
The back panel:-

Here I wanted to make a faux book review page (similar to ones out of magazines) and was lucky in finding this book online - which i thought was appropriate! I used this style making up quotes from "readers" Cheesy all in all it was a mickey take - something to cheer me up when I'm feeling blue....
The top of the box:-

more perfume images and a red shoe (random i know) but every girl's gotta have a red pair of high heels haven't they?!
Inside storage:-

it has the capacity to hold much more - just a quick demo  Cool
well girlies, whaddya think?

creative! i wish i was that creative when i was menstrual! LOL! it's great to see women embracing their bodies and their cycles.....as opposed to hiding them like we were taught!
