We didn't need this any more so I turned it around and used Liquid Nails to glue on flat marbles, ceramic bits, mirror and tiles. I then dug out a little trench and wedged it in tight.  My husband thought it looked kinda like a gravestone.   Some of the marbles have fallen off but mostly from the kids trying to pick them off!

Hmmmm Liquid Nails? I've never heard of using that on a mosaic. Seems like it would save a lot of time if you are good at manicures.
