Borrowing a page from CraftyChica, last year I made her Candy Christmas Tree to take to my sister who was spending the holiday in the hospital after delivery my niece!

http://www.udandi.com/projects/tree.jpg

  • Terra Cotta pot
  • Topiary
  • paint and ribbon (for pot)
  • Straight pins
  • 2 bags mini individually wrapped candy bars
  • Yellow paper (for star)
[/color]

Decorate your pot
secure topiary in pot
Add candies with stick pins until covered
Create a tree topper -- I cut 2 star shapes from yellow paper, glued toothpicks to one star and then glued the other star on top so it wouldn't droop and added some glitter!
