Here is the baby sweater I made for my new baby cousin.  (Due in January so he/she will need lot of cozy warm clothing!)  It's my first attempt at a sweater of any kind, so it's a it rough around the edges but a good learning experience.  I hope it gets lots of wear.

I love it! I really want to make that sweater as well, but I don't think that my knitting skills are quite there yet... How long did it take you?

It only took about 1.5 weeks.  I think that finishing was the hardest part. (Seaming up the arms and finishing the neck band.)  The star was created by using the contrasting color and stiching over the regular knitting stiches.  (Not the instarta method.)  It was actually kind of fun to do the star!

Your sweater came out great! Looks wonderful with those stars. I love your color choices.

Also, love your wood floors!
