**7/27/06 - Update: Finally learned my lesson about trying to link to pictures hosted at Deviant Art; picture is now hosted by Craftster, and should work**

While waiting on specially ordered yarn for a bigger project, I decided to do a something small and quick in the meantime to busy my eager little fingers.
The yarn is a wool and cotton blend in white with sparkles.
The pattern is an adaptation of Penny by Corinne Niessner from Knitty.com.
Modeled by Pocky.

That' amazing; did you knit it flat?
It looks very tidy and sweet.

When I saw that pattern on knitty, I wasn't too fond of it, I think because of the color yarn. I love yours though! The white was a good choice.

Thanks for all the feedback, everybody!
To answer Longelegantlegs; yes, it is knit flat and sewn up the front (the seam is visible in the pic on the right.)
And I agree with amyb444 in that I did not like the yarn colors used on knitty.com where this pattern was posted, but I love my sparkly white. People tried to tell me that I was crazy to make a dog sweater in white, but they just don't understand that Pocky is a princess and simply repels dirt!
