thanks everyone for the comments and tips!!
i washed it. first i heat set it the iron then sprayed it with scotch guard then washed it the washer. (before the last two posts) for the most part its fine. the bigger areas faded just a tiny bit, and the red "hugs not drugs" on the sleeve bled a little, but it was already a little smeared, i think from rubbing since its on the front side of the sleeve. ill get some detailed pictures soon.
