but there is no glue on this babies... those are just hand-sew. i thought of using glue but i then figured out that it would have made them much more fragile and less waerable. sewing the ribbons on them makes it more durable... well i think since i've just wore them to a fast trip to the grocery (whats best than wearing nice shoes when your getting haagen daz... dunno)

This is so creative! When I saw the title, I figured it was going to be laced up with ribbons instead of shoelaces, or there would be ribbons attached to wrap around the calf, like a ballet shoe, so I was very (pleasantly) suprised to see them WOVEN! That is so cool!
