I went to a ceramic painting place- http://www.colormemine.com.
Yes, it's dishwaher safe.  I'm not sure about the microwave, though.
I'm so glad you like everything.  It was fun to make.

I have the mug sitting on my kitchen counter, it's too nice for me to use;)
I haven't flaked, I promise. I grossly under-estemated the chaos resulting from the floors being redone, so everything is taking me longer (e.g., it's hard to sew stuff if you can't find any of your thread) but I am finishing off the last bits today, so I will send on Monday for sure. I'd send tomorrow, but there's that whole Sunday thing...

Woo hoo!
I got home from a really awful day yesterday to find my package from IqJones!  It's awesome!
No pictures yet, my camera is out of battery and I can't find the charger, but a list:
A fantastic shirt with an Indy sillhouette on it and the words ""Fortune & Glory, Kid, Fortune & Glory."  I am wearing this RIGHT NOW.
A small purse with a zipper and pockets and hats painted on it.
A velcro pouch witha patch on it that says "Nothing shocks me.  I'm a scientist."
A day planner with bonus grail diary in the back!
Thank you so much!

Here are my artifacts from motoredxheart.

group shot:

That is an ark, with a spider and a snake inside, a mosiac box with one of the riddles from the last crusade, a sleep mask with 'love you' on the eyelides (because we love indy, especially when being a dorky professor), a temple of doom story book, two pendents, one with indy, the other of dr jones, sr, and, my favorite, an indy doll!

Close up of the box

close up of the doll

I love his little tie

And my daughter loves him too.

This is her giving indy 'big hugs' and refusing to give him back because, 'mommy, I love him!'  I suppose she's a little young, but at least she has taste.

Thank-you motoredxheart, everything is wondeful!

the ark actually glows in the dark, well kind of...a little bit lol.
i'm so glad it shipped to you this time, and i'm even happier the mosaic box didn't break!
that book i've had since i was a little kid.  my mom read it to me and i thought when your daughter gets older (or even now) you could read her the book too.  Smiley
and her holding that doll is the cutest picture ever, i love it.
i'm happy you liked everything!

So happy you like!
I have a bad picture that shows the nightshirt & a side of the purse.
No pictures of the grail diary, though:(

tinxerb377 FINALLY received (freaking Canada Post) and said I could post pictures.  She said she really wanted to learn how to crochet, so I sent a big step by step learn to crochet guide (not shown) as well as a crochet hook case and some hooks, some stitch markers and some yarn.  I also did some Indy magnets because mmmmmm, Indy.

the pics aren't great, but you get the general idea.

I thought I would post some pics of the things I sent motoredxheart

The package included a tee shirt, indy bag, checkerboard, a couple of buttons (not shown), a couple of patches and two lipbalm holders

I made the bag as close to indy's as I could.  The only major differences was I used a couple of belts for the handle and indy's bag does not, of course, have a stencil of indy on it (you probably figured that difference out on your own).  The inside has a pocket and it was made quite big, as requested.

close up of checkerboard, which is actually a box (to hold the game pieces [rocks, acutally]).  It is 64 tiny scenes from the movies

They all look wonderful.  I can not believe I missed this swap.  I loved the movies and of course Harrison Ford.
