I found this website about a "magic yarn ball" and thought it would be a great swap (it is also being done as a swap elsewhere on the web). What do y'all think?

Basically, you take a ball/skein of yarn, unwind it, and wind it back up, hiding little presents in the ball as you go. Isn't that a fun idea?

I saw something similar to this years ago in an American Girl magazine, where you wrap goodies in crepe paper. Yarn is such a better idea though, as I'm sure it would go to a much better use! Great swap idea  Cheesy

Yes, I think it could be really fun! We could say that some of the tiny presents need to be crafted - things like earrings, or pins, or stuff like that.

anyone else interested?  Smiley

sounds like a really cute swap! but would you have to make something out of the yarn first for the gallery so you can have pictures of all the goodies after they've been discovered?
