Hi everyone,
Just completed a pin-up girl embroidery project. Was trying to think what to do with the patch...might make her into a purse- the tutorial posted in completed projects looks easier than I tohught it would be. Any suggestions? I've written more about her in my blog. I just love her!

She looks great!  I really like your color choices.  I think she'd look great on a purse, or on a little make-up pouch.  She's so nice, you really can't go wrong.

I love that you made her red - it gives her an extra-cool kitschy look - I love it! Smiley  I agree, this would make a great patch on a bag or a shirt or skirt... Smiley

Thanks! I think I'll make her into a little purse/pouch. I'll post photos when I'm done. Already started another project - I need to finish what I've already began!

I'm bad on deciding completed embroidery projects, which is why I love embroidering different things, but have like, 20 ipod cozies.
She looks like something I'd of put in my old car though. The upohlstry was a constant vector of my fast changing imagination, it being a '70 beetle morphing hot rod, the pin-up would have been right in place. Um... I don't know what you could do with her... I have a cool hanky embroidered ol' school tattoo style that I hang out of my back pocket on occation. Maybe you could do something like that? I don't know :/
