hey everybody!

3 words

fabric blowout sale

i fell in love with the fabric(which i got for 89cents! cleaned out my change pocket) lol

and just threw this top together for the heck of it

just thought i'd post it and see what everybody thought of it

intially it was going to be a tube top, but i ended up adding straps

all comments are appreciated!

here's a little tutorial i made up..i hope it makes sense!

Hi. I like your top. How did you do the top part? Is it folded over or did you add some elastic? I happen to like the length or your top, too.

Tanlines... Hmmm, what's a tan?  I only know pale and burnt red....

really cute!! and haha i am jealous of your tan lines! i can't even get tan! i've tried everything... natural sun, spray tan, fake tan stuff you buy at the drug store. boo! oh well i guess i'll always stay pale.

HAHA I second that! I'm required to marinate in suncreen for hours before going outside just to avoid the lobster look!

I love that top!! I keep picturing something in my head that looks so similar but my sewing machine is broken and I just can't get motivated to do it all by hand! What type of fabric did you use, something with some stretch in it or 100% cotton?
