This is my first toy, a dragon I made for my boyfriend. Have to wait a while untill we meet and I can give him the gift, but I just have to show it to somebody Smiley
He sits on my shoulder when I'm reading and likes to hide under my t-shirt so that only his tail is sticking out, and at nights he sleeps in my underwear drawer...I feel that it will be really hard for me to finally part with him Smiley
Sorry, the pictures were taken with my phone camera which sucks, but I couldn't wait till my Mom gets back from a vacation with a normal camera Smiley He's made from grey velvet. The wings are attached a but assymetrical as can be seen on the third picture, but I guess I'll live with it Smiley
Here's where I took the pattern from: http://www.wyrm.org.uk/cuddly/beanbag.html - the sewing inctructions there are really good.

That is soo amazing! I'm sure your boyfriend will love it! Of course, when I give my husband cute stuffed things I usually end up claiming them back because I've fallen in love with them!

really great job, I love the colour! I made a white dragon out of that pattern. :] I want to make a few more.

Mine doesn't look as real or sweet as yours, probably since I only had buttons laying around for eyes. :x

I love it! I'm a huge dragon fan. I've seen this pattern too, and I've actually cut out all the pieces, but I've been too afraid to try and put it together. I don't want to see a good dragon go down the drain by my crappy sewing skills!! It's just sooo cute put together...I guess I'll have to try.

White is so cute Smiley I like how you did the nose - I thought of it, too (he has to breath fire somehow, doesn't he?) but was too lazy Smiley

That is darn cute Ronya! I like that you made him out of velvet.

Thank you for posting the link, I'm gonna have to try that out now!  Smiley
