Not to date myself, but I had an early '80s flashback last night. Does anyone remember having to make a Nasco pillow in their home economics class?

They were these big (and honestly, not particularly pretty) pillows shaped like ice cream, cupcakes, ballet slippers, animals, etc. I remember flubbing my telephone up by accidentally sewing the cord (yes, this was before cordless telephones)  inside the pillow.

Anyway, imagine my delight to see the company is still around: http://www.enasco.com/top/615/Cartoon+Pillow+Kits/

Someday I may be nostalgic enough to make another one.

I had the same flashback not too long ago and found this same site. I made the black and white dog. I was in 4th grade though it wasn't a home economics class. Ah the memories Smiley
