i had this old keyboard lying around...the keys were sticking...maybe i should have been more careful with orange juice around the computer! anyway, i took all the keys off and cleaned them...and now it works fine. but while the keys were off i saw a permanent marker laying next to the key-less keyboard and....yea. anyway, i have to redo the other half of the keyboard, but for now you can see this side. i like it better anyway. sorry about the shitty picture...the colors are ALOT more vivid in person.

Wowza that musta taken alot of patience.  I find that peroxide on a q-tip works well for unsticking sticky keys.  But back to the topic - do you think you could take off the keys, and use a stencil and spray paint to do this as well?  I remember a scene from the movie "Hackers" where they did this (but it is a movie)and I have always wondered if it works (but alas no spare keyboard lying around to play the guinea pig)
