I used the contrasting color for the provisional cast on just for that.. because u are going to remove that yarn later when u pick up the stitches for the sleeves... when u remove it .. it will leave open stitches that u can pick up..
btw ..WOW!! your knitting fast..and it looks great!!... I like how the colors are knitting up (^_^)

i can't believe you finished it so quickly, either. it's only been, what, two weeks?

It's really a little sweater..i think the adult version would take quite a bit longer.. towards the end there are a lot of stitches on the needles.. 0.0..I would definitely make this again.. it was supper fun to knit and makes a nice gift.. i wish i was that small to wear it hahah
