Ladies, I have been lurking a long time.  I am a crocheter but with all of the cute knitting patterns out there I thought I would try to learn to knit.  This started as a swatch, grew into an experiment in decreasing and ended up finished as a neckwarmer.  I tried spool knitting cord for the button loop, it came out a little wonky.  Any comments, suggestions or constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated Grin

Wow, I love! It's so cute, I would wear that all the time (except not during this week - major heat wave Sad ) You really should make more, I second buying it in a instant! That yarn is great and buttons are always cute.

Very pretty.  I like the way you wrapped it around and added the button detail.

oshun99, it is basically a rectangle that tapers to a point on one end, so the part that buttons is actually the very end of the piece.

congrats on freeing your natural (dancing and singing- "let your fro go-o-o-oo!" Cheesy) i chopped off my below the shoulders relaxed hair in October of '05.  I have never felt more free in my life!  less time doing hair... more time for crafting- ha ha!
