I was inspired by http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=106965.0 this morning so I tried to copy. I took an old Aeropostale tee and some left over scraps of fabric and transformed them into this:

I'm probably gonna sound silly but I REALLY wanna make this, but I'm so confused... How did you thread the bits of lace up material through the old t-shirt? Are there holes? Or what? I'm sorry if I'm making no sense... Plus, did you hem where you'd cut up the old t-shirt?

oh wow I didnt know I'd actually inspire people to go out and make their own seeing as I was inspired by someone else with the same idea. I guess I'll go write a tutorial for people like i_am_alexia [and myself] who havent figured out how to make one of their own.

Thank you SO much! I'm in the middle of inventing my own kinda corset (by inventing I mean, I saw it in a shop on a dress and decided it'd be more practical on a top AND I could do it for less than $70) but I'll DEFINATELY try this when I've finished that Cheesy Thank you Smiley
