Please please please!!!!!

If there were a blythe related board on Craftster, I would spend ALL of my time here.  Right now I split my time between here and TIB.  I just de-boxed my first girl (Epiphany- we just call her Pipha around here) and I am totally obsessed.  I started making clothes for her prior to her arrival and just purchased a small bookcase to build her a little condo.  I find myself scouring the Blythe sites for craft related entries but I really prefer the vibe on Craftster.

I really hope we can make this happen!

blythe tutorials all in one place on craftster would be a dream come true!
plus moral support for things like:
-first (or any!) haircutting
-face matting
-eye chip changing
-all of the other things that i am too chicken to try with my girl!

how fantastic would this be?! as the happy uh...roomate of several blythe girls, it would be rad to find new patterns and ideas for them. i took part in the last blythe swap, and it was pretty fun.

Haircutting!  Yes!  I would love this.  I have a Violet on the way and she is going to get bangs whether she likes it or not, so she looks like a purple Candy Carnival but I know I am going to mess it up and she is going to look like my 5th grade class photo. Sad

Blythe people cross-breed with BJD people too, or rather, steal their supplies.  The Volks store in Torrance carries Mr. Super Clear Flat, 23 cm bodies, chalk pastels, wee face-up painting brushes, many grades of sandpaper and all manner of tiny clothes (well, for the 27 cm body but still....).    We can all share.

I know! I have been "planning" a haircut since February, but I am so afraid that I'll end up with crazy looking bangs. I need to just do it!

Oooh.  I love this idea!  It would be awesome if Leah grants it Cheesy

BTW, is there a third round of the Blythe swap in the works?  I lurked in the galleries for the first two rounds Embarrassed

I have never done a swap, but I would be first in line for a Blythe swap.  Hopefully someone will organize another one soon!

I don't have the cash (yet) to embark on my planned Blythe journey, but I'm so obsessed with them.

I wonder if splitting the toys/dolls/playthings would work? Have that category, and then under it split "Non Toy Toys" and "Kids and Playable Toys" or whatever.

Then each of THOSE could have the "Discussion" and "Completed" boards?

I'm so thrilled there are Blythe lovers here Cheesy
