Not to be rude, but repeating your original post in capital letters doesn't make your suggestion more clear. I understand that you're trying to make a pouch. Please explain how the skirt or raincoat comes into it?

I had no clue either.  Huh  Looking at the poster's other messages I *think* they may mean make a Raincoat or Skirt out of drink pouches. Not make a pouch, as in a bag, as it seemed like they meant by the post topic. Oh gosh now I'm not making any sense.  Tongue *runs away*

Yes, your post was very unclear as you just said "new pouch idea" and didn't specify you meant drink pouches. I don't know how well your idea would work though-how waterproof a raincoat would be or anything.
