Come to the vintage side......  This was easy and fun to make. I was leary because just reading the pattern I didn't understand the construction.  I forged ahead anyway.  Much easier than anticipated.

I love this!  I'm way into vintagy crochet kitchen things.  At least your hotpad could actually be used. I've been doing them in thread crochet and mine are useless in the kitchen, but pretty nonetheless!

I uses peaches & cream and sugar & cream 100% cotton yarn.  They are functional as well as pretty, but I would love to see your thread versions. Pretty please???
