Delaware resident all my life! I'm from Wilmington, but currently in Newark (so just a stone's throw away). I mostly sew and am an Apparel Design and Fashion Merchandising major (but I'm definitely still learnin' ). I knit also and do lots of random crafting in a variety of mediums.

I'm in DE, Bear actually.  Just joined craftster a few weeks ago.  I sew, quilt, stencil, cross stitch...and cook of course.  I'm into pretty much everything "craft."

Heya lady, and all others who still may read this board!

I'm in Lewes, but the boyfriend and I are hopefully moving to the Wilmington area in a little over a month. I've lived here 16 years, but he just moved up here from Tennessee, just for little (well, not little at all!) ol' me He's a sweetheart. He got a job and Dupont through one of our friends, so that helps too!

I'm 22, unemployed due to medical reasons (and the fact i can't find a desk job down here, I can't stand on my feet for 8 hrs due to weight and dislocated kneecaps). I crochet, knit, sew, cross stitch, embroider (just learning!), paint, draw, origami... a little bit of everything Many talents and master of none! I've recently also gotten into postcard swapping, ATCs, friendship books, penpalling, and I'm interested in inchies. I also enjoy baking for other people.

Also, a question : good places to buy postcards that aren't so much novelty "Wish you were here" halfnaked people on the beach types? I have a friend in Wyoming that enjoys lighthouses, beach scenes (landscape), historical sites, etc. I haven't been able to find any, and I'm pretty sure the ones on the Boardwalk are the previous type.

In addition, does anyone know anywhere around here (willing to travel anywhere in DE really) that sells 12mm plastic animal eyes in bulk? I've seen bags of 100 eyes w/ washers online for around $12, but I don't have a bank account to order them, and I need at least one pair kind of soon. I'm making my grandfather a amigurumi puppy, and the pattern requires them. I tried crocheting some instead, but the damn dog just looked like a ruh-tard! Maybe I can stitch some out of felt, make it sort of 3d like the plastic ones... but really, would like the real deal.

Hi everyone!  I just registered here yesterday and I'm in Milford.  I do anything I can think of with denim and old jeans.  I make purses, upcycle denim clothing, kids stuff, etc. etc. etc....   I'm busy making things for Apple Scrapple in Oct.  but would really like to find one or two more shows to do before then.  Any suggestions would be great, thanks!
