here are some wrist warmers I made with 2 strands of yarn (one blue, the other a yellow that switched from light yellow to almost an orange yellow)... it's slightly darker than the picture shows...  there's only one in the picture, because when i took the picture i hadn't made the second one yet... they've both been done for almost a month now, but i'm just now getting around to posting it... I can post a tutorial if you want...

TUTORIAL:

I used 2 strands of worsted weight yarn on size 9 needles.  I have pretty small wrists, and these are tighter than I'd like, so I'd suggest that unless you want small ones, to use larger needles or cast on more stitches (in 4's)

for mine:
CO 28 sts.

rows 1-4: k2, p2 (repeat till end of row)
rows 5 & 7: k1, p2, k1
rows 6 & 8: p1, k2, p1
rows 9-12: p2, k2
row 13: p1, k2, p1
row 14: k1, p2, k1
rows 15 & 16: k2, p2
row 17: k1, p2, k1
row 18: p1, k2, p1
rows 19-20: p2, k2
row 21: p1, k2, p1
row 22: k1, p2, k1
rows 23-24: k2, p2

*continue with pattern (rows 17-24) for longer warmers

stitch up side leaving room for thumb

Sorry everybody.  my computer is not working at the moment, and my boyfriend took his back, so now I'm left with going to the library and using one there.  I'll get a tutorial up as soon as I remember to bring the paper with me to the library, or when I get my computer up.  I did find it though.

question....  when doing the pattern, (ex: rows 5&7: k1,p2,k1)  are you supposed to k1,p2,k1,k1,p2.......and so on, or just k1,p2,k1,p2.....and so on..?? thats my question. thanks Smiley

k1, p2, k1, k1, p2... so essentially you're doing p2, k2 throughout the pattern
